Hubs and I took my brother and sister-in-law to Multnomah Falls this morning! They’ve never been to Oregon so this was a must. Thankful to have them here with us for the holiday! #thanksgiving #husbands

Oh and my car broke 11 days ago and has been in the shop getting fixed. Was supposed to have it back on Thursday, but alas, it’s still not in my driveway🙂
My “13 days out of warranty” stove just broke. The weekend before thanksgiving. My family comes into town on Monday. Time for a crash out🙂

The Monday after a time change should be a holiday. Mainly so people can have an extra day to try and get their shit straight before going back to work. It’s almost 2:00pm while simultaneously feeling like 3:00pm and 11:00am all at the same time. I am not ok.

It’s been awhile since I made a classic Sunday roast, so I figured today was the day! Whipped potatoes topped with red wine braised steak tips, onion, garlic, carrots, and roasted brussel sprouts. And some fresh Brazilian cheese bread on the side. Leftovers are going to be so good tomorrow!!!

We’ve lived in this house for a year. Renovated almost everything including new plumbing, electrical, bathrooms, kitchen. The last thing to go are these 35 year old curtains! Adios pleated 1990 curtains!🫡
