I am into Bio-Hacking, Intermittent/Prolonged Fasting (ceiling 72-120 hours), Neuro Gum, Underbrush Remineralizing Gum, and I microdose 0.2 grams of psilocybin each week.

My longest fast is 96 hours,
Jan 29th 10:48 - Feb 2nd 10:59 pm.
Monday night hunger started, didn’t want my stomach to wake me up. Broke it but could only get to protein shake, it was late and needed to sleep.

Didn’t start another fast because I had a poor refeeds, most problems come from light refeeds and jumping into another fast.

At the very least, I will try not to break the fasts before 18 hrs. From what I have read 18 is the new 16, the 2 hours has very significant health benefits.

18 hrs is very doable, it’s a good middle ground, I dislike having strict restrictions. Aside from my ceilings, and that’s for my safety.

Side note- I have no idea what my ideal BMI because I have never been at it in my life. I will let prolonged fasting guide me to it.

Once you get to it, you stop losing and it shifts to maintenance.
