What he said about Social Security payments has been repeatedly debunked - so the question isn’t whether he’s lying about this, the question is why.

What is this a pretext for? He and the GOP have long shown interest in going after Social Security. What are they going to try?

In a world of Schumers, be a JB Pritzker.
No one's blaming Democrats for causing this crisis, but yes, many of them are failing to meet this moment.

One Democratic senator could bring the chamber to a halt. House Dems can go to fed agencies being gutted by Musk with cameras in tow. Governors can push back. State AGs can bring lawsuits.

Pritzker: "He promised he was gonna lower costs & make us safer. He's done none of it. I realize he's only been in office 2 weeks, but it's gotten worse, not better. You think grocery prices have gone down? No, they've gone up bc of what he's threatening or what he's already put in place"

Why didn't Kamala Harris go on Joe Rogan's podcast?

Because he had no intention of giving her access to his audience.

Because he was determined to undermine her by making it look like she ducked him.

Because he was on Team Trump. Full story here: www.nbcnews.com/politics/202...

Right-wing accusations are always projection. Right-wing arguments are always word games. Right-wing arguments, if you wait long enough, always argue against and/or disprove themselves. Right-wingers have abdicated rationality to fear, hate, and/or venal self-interest. They are beneath contempt.

We need to stop saying Trump is ending birthright citizenship and accurately say when he’s really doing…He’s violating/ignoring the constitution.
A sampling of his EOs on day 1:

- Withdraw from the Paris climate accord & WHO
- End constitutional birthright citizenship
- Reclassify federal employees, making them easier to fire
- fed policy recognizing only two genders
- pause the TikTok ban

The rules, if you are keeping track:

If a single left activist anywhere in the world says "defund the police," it becomes the official position of the Democratic Party, now and forever.

If the president's top surrogate repeatedly sieg-heils on stage, it's ambiguous, impossible to interpret.
