Xmas tree up today - and surprisingly more fun to do this year. This will be my fourth Xmas not living full time with my girls. It’s hard creating new rituals and connections. I wanted more for them. Leaning hard into ‘good enough’ 💪

Been a stressful few days of worrying about flooding and how to travel in the rain. Very grateful my home is still relatively dry & warm when similar can’t be said of other local folk. Weather in Scotland has become very strange 🤔

Very grateful for good friends - I rarely see her, but this gift through the post after a particularly tough month was enough to make this Broad greet. One day I will have time and space for seeing real life people in the flesh…
