Trans people would be better protected by the government protecting our right to use facilities of our lived gender than by police action against individual minor celebrities who have engaged in transphobic rhetoric.

As TransActual document in their recent report transactual.org.uk/impacts-of-t... since the Uk Supreme Court judgment redefining sex for the purposes of the Equality Act, there has been an increase in trans and gender nonconforming people facing harassment and assault while using public facilities.
