man I haven't been here in a very long time, what have I missed?

I was away from the gym for over a week and I can't do nearly as much as I use too and I'm like actually sweating a lot again with my normal workouts, it has taken some strength and stamina unfortunately but we get it back and I will be stronger than from before in no time and hopefully more visibly

I know it's partially my fault but for the past month or more I've been working a 6-2 shift every Sunday and no one told me it was gonna change but it did so I got up super early and came to work for nothing and I don't work till 1 pm

have some more arms, I've also been working on abs and gonna keep on that and now gonna start on my demon back and shoulders, next thing I need to start on is the neck area

please no more Twitter clones, blue sky is good enough and getting better with time

God it's so nice to be able to just see the progress in the mirror at the gym and every week it's gonna be better and better. I'm very proud of myself for sticking to this and getting better and better at it. next thing I need to fix is my diet but try not to bother back to ED days

i get to do arms today, I'm very excited might do some back and shoulders as well. gonna be a real muscle mommy in no time 💪
