Honestly, Chene would work great to go straight through to Grand. I think at the time of design I thought there were too many line intersections in that spot which made it look messy. I think a 2nd revision would include Chene and Ferry St

Disappointed, however I’m not clear on the rules the Planning Commission has to follow when a proposal is technically viable but would be better served as another zoning type.
