It's almost done. All that remains is the mechanic for recruiting additional conspirators to your party, and some sort of win screen/ending. That's pretty much it.

I can't believe how fast this is going. I'm actually learning some useful things for Lesbian Quest, but mostly that as long as a game isn't complicated it can go very quickly. I ought to have a playable version, with possibly hours of (granted, quite repetitive) gameplay in a few days.

I think her name is Ankori!

I'm open to suggestions. Her basic role is a frontline fighter who trades high damage output for vulnerability. She will draw aggro more, and lower her own defense with reckless, but powerful, attacks. She is a white furred puppygirl, but her personality hasn't really settled in yet.

Tower is mapped, and ready to be populated and filled with awful things to happen to some girls! No, not like that, I'd have to pay extra for those assets and I'm not doing that for a first real project.

New technique learned! Secret passages!

Amy - Designated hero, forklift lesbian, recent victim of truck-kun.

Jocelyn - Sleepy nun, healer. Probably a bottom.

Tessa - Catgirl witch. Debuffs and explosions.

TBD - Big fluffy puppy girl. Hammers. Might be a little possessed.

Rather than figuring out the things I intended to be figuring out (I even made myself a checklist!) I have instead figured out the basic party of four now:

Taking a break. All that's left to have a very bare bones but functional game is to implement the shop and the boss fight in the first dungeon. There's a lot of game left after that, but at that point it's playable!

The longest part of this will be fine tuning combat to be actually good.

The general premise for the game is this post. So yes, lesbians. The main character has a carabiner, the only item she's kept through the truck-kun transfer experience. She is forklift certified.

Alright! The bare minimum dialogue is done, and we're on to implementing the dungeon that said dialogue unlocks!

Monsters made, encounter zone populated. On to populating the logging village. That means it's time for dialogue writing, the part I'm actually good at, which... also is one of the most time consuming parts? Somehow?

This is the first field zone, FYI. There's some more visual spicing up to do to it, but it's just the very first zone you get the freedom to move around in, between the convent in the south, and the logging village to the northwest.
