I refused to use bar zesters for the longest time because I have FEELINGS about single use kitchen tools but honestly I finally tried it and I like it SO much more.
Also the Dreamfarm juicer is the best citrus juicer I have EVER bought.

Ah yes, just candying the final garnishes. I had ONE blood orange left and there were none left at the store so VERY happy that when I cut into this one it had all that beautiful coloring I would have wanted for a garnish
