Recent cleaning of Artemisia Gentileschi's “Allegory of Painting” (Royal Collections, London) shows she was the first artist to specialize in portrayals of dogs playing poker, likely for Charles I, an avid player. The fact that a woman invented this important genre has been overlooked for centuries

NEW: @aclu.org obtained ICE's "Alien Enemies Act Validation Guide," confirming all it takes to be sent to rot in prison in El Salvador is being Venezuelan and 1) having a tattoo an ICE officer says is a "gang tattoo" and 2) displaying "logos," "symbols" or clothes an ICE officer says are gang signs.

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House.
We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.
