Wanted something sweet during snowpocalypse but all I had were frozen blueberries and whip cream, watch me whip, and watch my nay nay…
I haven’t been sleeping well. I’ve tried everything you can think of then someone suggested doing 5 mins of breathing at 6BPM before bed will activate your parasympathetic nervous system. I did it for the 1st time last night not knowing what that system was ;) & slept for 7.7 hours 🫢
