I took out an entire container of Costco chicken salad and a container of their croissants. This isn’t a flex, I only added them to my cart to hit the delivery minimum. Haven’t eaten one egg, or drank’ any of the protein since they were delivered.

I don’t have a problem with social media because I don’t post my business I post my personality; cooking, art, coffee, supporting local businesses and socks.

I haven’t been sleeping well. I’ve tried everything you can think of then someone suggested doing 5 mins of breathing at 6BPM before bed will activate your parasympathetic nervous system. I did it for the 1st time last night not knowing what that system was ;) & slept for 7.7 hours 🫢

I haven’t been sleeping well. I’ve tried everything you can think of then someone suggested doing 5 mins of breathing at 6BPM before bed will activate your parasympathetic nervous system. I did it for the 1st time last night not knowing what that system was ;) & slept for 7.7 hours 🫢
