The DBX Corporation made gear, specifically, for making audio on tape, sound better. This little box helped your "stolen" music sound as good as possible! I sill have one. 😍

My neighbor was doing this. Got cancer and died within a year.

Hope they apply this to preventing food waste and the need to destroy perfectly good food to suit a narrow sector of the economy.

Getting people to stop living and swimming in their own filth had the biggest impact. Public sanitation efforts were put into effect at the same time and polio cases dropped at the same time.

There's a great clip of him talking about using a synthesizer (Mellotron) for the first time. He wasn't sure the musician's union would allow it because it was replacing jobs. Didn't stop him from using it, knowing it was replacing jobs.

My wife mentioned this to me the other day. Because of my disabilities, one involving circulatory issues, weather is important to stay on top of. Same goes for tracking air pollution, it triggers my erosive arthritis. But WiFi and EMF sensitivity keeps me from using the iPhone much at all.

Same here. With Apple's series of lousy keyboards adding to that... My erosive arthritic hands have had a real hard time since about 2016-on. Can't even use an iPhone much at all anymore. UX is a joke.

Apple's spell check is worse than a drunk 5th grader at spelling. Why would anyone trust their AI? Especially given Apple's routine design and engineering failures. And given those, routine, failures... How could anyone trust their security or privacy?

Would be interesting to see a study done with languages, other than human. Such as programming language. Same outcome? Also wonder if larger brains happen from bilingualism, or do folks with smaller brains simply give up on bilingualism or never get exposed to the possibility?

I've done much better with ME/CFS and POTS by limiting and varying activity. Physical activity is needed, in small amounts, but I have found it needs to vary, repetitive tasks are difficult and stressful. Modern medicine knows so little about ME/CFS, it should, typically, keep quiet.

Few know what acoustic management is, or have ever heard of it. Just installing some basic sound absorbing tiles would be a nice, "I don't really hate you", message to customers.

Such an easy issue to fix, if the proprietor cares.
