The only rest and comfort I get out of sleeping is the 4 picoseconds I'm able to actually acknowledge I'm asleep before the stress and anxiety of tomorrow instantly arriving hit me like a fucking freight train. I can't enjoy the sleep because I'm unconscious. There is no true rest.
