Tiny little channel update: I'm bringing back the old overlay (with a couple of modifications).
I tried out the new one for ~6 months to see if it made any positive impact, and it didn't.
Everything's slowly going to go back to Museo, with the softer colour palette.

I am desperately trying to find a more consistent answer to Red for slower Pokémon. Especially physical attackers.
There are several runs where the Pokémon is on a fantastic pace up until Red, then they play the RNG game until finally getting lucky.

I am very pleased to say that all of October's Challenge Run videos are now rendering - we have 13 Challenge Runs together throughout October, including some Pokémon who could sit at the very top of the leaderboard!

Big progress has been made with the pre recorded videos today. 5/12 edits for October are done and I've coded the remaining backports for the year.
I'm hoping to have all of the 2025 challenge runs recorded by the end of October so I can hibernate for winter.

This one is likely gonna be very tricky when it gets its run. Combee isn't built for battling, and loses its speed upon evolving into Vespiquen!

I'm already stressing about the first challenge I'm recording tomorrow. It's a redo of a very, very strong Pokémon, and I really want to PB with it.
I'm currently playing very well, but the routing I'll need to take to get a PB requires a few risky battles.
Only time will tell whether I succeed.
