Majestically awkward. Nothing fancy. Water. Coffee. Blueberry wine. In that order.
Excel before coffee should be illegal.

Somedays… when the kid’s lessons get canceled due to illness and there is a no refund policy, and when stock markets and RRSPs are in the toilet, I just think of this meme and breath deeply while hoping this too shall pass.

Anyone still needing to vote. #Liberals #cdnpoli
OKAY! I finally was able to vote! I called 1-888-542-3725, got thru in 1 minute. He asked for my Canada Post ID, DOB and address, took me to the LPC website. I entered the original verification # that I was given (which he provided again) & he emailed me a PIN. I entered that & up came the ballot!

I once met with our Prime Minister in the Prime Minister's office and nobody chastised me for not wearing a suit or a tie. No one said it was "disrespectful". You know what IS disrespectful...? Calling another country's Prime Minister "Governor".

I was forced out of bed before my alarm went off because my cat insisted I turn on the bathtub faucet for his royal hydration needs.

One of my absolute favourite things about growing up in Canada is how after a couple weeks of negative double digit temperatures, a sunny 6ºC day totally feels like t-shirt and shorts weather. 🤣❤️🇨🇦

My nearly 80-year-old mom called our family doctor’s office this morning to book an appointment and they told her to book it online. This is not ok. Many seniors do not use the internet due to factors such as cost, lack of digital literacy and not seeing a need for internet access.

Not voting in an election because you think there are no good candidates is a cop-out. You can’t just reject going to the polls because there are no tailor-made candidates that suit your views to a tee. Pick the best out of the lot, even if you have to hold your nose.
