The Christmas market in Canterbury Cathedral Precincts this year. Gets busy but it's absolutely lovely. Nice warm apple moonshine by Canterbury Brewers and Distillers too!

I'm so sorry Simon. You are a good person and unfortunately some people are not in this world. But I know there are lots of us who support everything you do ❤️

I am not involved in this trial, do not know what is involved, so cannot comment on the specifics of it. I was talking about UK clinical trial regulations in general.

The correct number of hash browns!

She hasn't got an effing clue how clinical trials are conducted, and the strict regulations in place, particularly in relation to informed consent and assent of minors and vulnerable people. Typical lack of research from the laziest and stupidest MP I've had the misfortune to have 'represent' me.

My watercolour of a path through Artist's Valley overlooking the Dyfi valley in West Wales, based on a photo by my friend Mary who lives near there.

Unfortunately, for the first time in this series, I have absolutely nothing to post on here. But fingers crossed I'll be able to contribute tomorrow. Loving all the other posts though!

I'm veggie but the thought of macaroni cheese and veggie sausages (sort of equivalent vibes) sounds lovely anyway, even without the 10K run!

According to the nutritional info I found on Ocado it's a meal for 2 people so 701 calories per portion. I don't think that's so crazy (unless the portion size is miniscule?).

If you have the opportunity to go back, it's definitely worth doing a boat trip. I suspect Tresco Abbey Gardens may be right up your street, but any of them are peaceful, beautiful and very relaxing to visit.

Not this time but I've visited all 4 of the other inhabited islands in my previous 8 holidays, St Agnes, Bryher, Tresco and St Martin's. They are all very different but absolutely lovely in their own ways!

St Mary's harbour on Scilly, a hazy summer day on my holiday there in August. The larger red boat is Seahorse, operated by the St Mary's Boatman Association to the other inhabited islands. The island you can see is Bryher.

Westgate Towers in Canterbury, with shadow on the left created by the Guildhall. Painted in acrylic by moi!

Not sure how many I have on my phone, but will try my best!

The very northernmost side of St Mary's looking out to St Martin's. Not a soul around, absolute bliss.

My favourite of the off islands! I love everything from the vineyard to the bakery, Seven Stones and the Karma hotel. Nice glass of wine looking out to sea from the gardens!

Congratulations on your anniversary! Only 6 years until Silver!

Porthcressa Beach, St Mary's, Scilly - the best view, from outside Dibble and Grub!

Here's my acrylic painting of the beach huts at Hampton near Herne Bay in a pop art style. I love bright colours and it takes pride of place on my living room wall!
