I had a lovely day in Folkestone today. I only popped down to see the tall ship which was meant to be docked at the harbour but unfortunately it was delayed. It didn't stop me from having a wander around the harbour though. I saw a couple of cormorants drying off. #birds #boats #seagull #harbour

I finished this latch hook wall hanging this week for my assistant psychologist who is leaving. I added a hanger to the top. These sorts of crafts help keep my dementia at bay. #crafts #dementia

I went out for a walk in the woods with a friend and her dogs on Thursday. Although we had torrential rain at times the trees sheltered us. It takes an hour to walk around the woods, half the woods belong to the MOD so we are only allowed in certain areas. #woods

Small-but-mighty Kipekee is browsing like a pro! But she never does anything alone — watch to the end and you’ll see nanny Kamili swoop in. Kamili and the other Nursery nannies have been marvellous with Kipekee, teaching her life skills (like browsing!) and making sure she feels safe and supported.

My cats don't sleep together, but Rosa tends to sleep by me when I'm watching TV or in the conservatory and Harley sleeps by my feet or under the table in the study. #tortoiseshell
