As someone else (Skid) has pointed out, it's not actually powdered mash potato. It's this, which, coincidentally, I bought myself last week, and they really were a perfect pick for mashing because they did make a great potato mash, (Skin on!)

Was once a bookworm but haven't done much reading at all in the last several years (🤷🏼♀️) Must get back into it, get myself an e-reader, I think. Too impatient. Bought this on Playbooks last night, and I've finished it this arvo! Fabulous, gripping read. Congrats on a great debut novel Ronni!
