I feel bad saying this but the book is coming off really bland for me. Lackluster. And I believe the Native American tribe mentioned isn’t real? That’s a red flag for me. I can’t seem to get behind the story. But since I really don’t DNF books, I gotta keep going.

Currently reading Middletide by Sarah Crouch (kinda wish I would’ve picked something else).Then I’ll read My Blade, Your Back by KM Moronova. Then I’m gonna take a couple weeks off and will start next year with a classic book.

She’s definitely a brain cleanser author for me. Easy, quick read. Prepares me for the next heavy read 😄

I just finished Bones by KL Speers and am starting Chain-Gang Allstars by Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah. And to be honest, after this one, I have the next 2 that I’ll be reading staring at me to hurry up and read faster 😅 aaaanyways, Incidents Around The House is on my TBR!
