NC is home to 130k+ American Indians & 8 state-recognized tribes: Coharie, Eastern Band of Cherokee, Haliwa-Saponi, Lumbee, Meherrin, Occaneechi Band of Saponi, Sappony, & Waccamaw Siouan.

The fund reimburses:

Transportation costs (including charter buses when needed)

Admission or special activity fees

Substitute reimbursement when necessary for the trip

Meals for students with financial need

Acceptance rate for fund requests is 98%!
