Recently had to rescue my plot notes from Google's evil clutches 😩 (moved to ddocs but even then idk how safe that will remain). But ultimately, my first drafts once I start properly writing anything have been and always will be handwritten in a notebook or journal because I think best that way!

Welcome, I thought I should say something because of the initial "ooh" I had! She has the old & tired look which I feel most DA protags would reasonably have after a while, but also the features of an elegant elf - without veering too far into either extreme. I love that! (Mother look is on point!)

Similarly: I worked at a grocery store with a mandatory semi-formal dress code, and I remember management rejecting changes to said dress code for any reason because "people liked it".

They weren't the ones pushing shopping carts on 100 degree sunny days. In dress shoes, with black pants & ties.
