I don't know man, I've returned to using my alt on Shitter because just too many of my online pals are still mainly over there and in the week since I've done that I post the same shit on my alt there which has 108 followers as I do on here where I have nearly 800 and I get way more engagement there

My only real complaint with the work of Patricia Highsmith is that she has the tendency to make the blandest characters the protagonist and have her perverted, alienated creeps gravitate towards them when her genius lies in her exploration of those perverted, alienated creeps.

I feel bad for Justin Fields, going from how he played last year he could've developed into a great fit on the Steelers but he needs weapons and mentorship and it's hard to not think that he's fucked at the Jets.

There is something so poetic about Sam Darnold moving from one city with a Jon Bois immortalized franchise to another city with a Jon Bois immortalized franchise. All is left is for the Seahawks to beat the Vikings in the NFC championship by 2 or 32 points.

An hour into Chabrol's L'ENFER I was thinking it was an extremely well acted and directed take on a done to death narrative but my god the way it shifts and becomes an incredibly complex look at mental illness.

Can't overstate how invaluable Robert Christgau and his website have been for helping guide me in properly exploring artists who have so many damn albums I otherwise would stay away. Anyway, I'm finally listening to Aretha Franklin studio albums and man what I have been missing.
