Forgot to say the #Carmageddon Meld Pack v1.3.6 was released. With ultra/widescreen modes, debug console and minidumps, DEP/ASLR crash fixes, Tanka with its trailer and ED101's jet.

Listed the #Carmageddon render buffer as an available texture in the #BRender registry. First presented here used on the Stadium giant screen. Then as a reflective texture on the Jet car (with added BRender CLUT).

The RED RAIDER from Necrodome, ported to #Carmageddon 1 with Jorma Rysky.
Custom interface/cockpit ported over as well. Fits right at home.

Back in the days, even the #Carmageddon community had its japanesecounterpart. People like @rikusyo.bsky.social and DOZON made weird novelty stuff that we still remember today.

Not sure why, 2 years ago I started porting TDR 2000's Soul Harvester to #Carmageddon 2. Decided to finish it. So-so model and textures but it's got some character. I had some fun setting it up in a way that kept the damaged textures, and the animated AND distorted shredders.

Actually while I was at it, I also ported the Vice City Linerunner to #Carmageddon 2. I like these GTA models, they are nicely optimized. Same sentiment as messing with GT2 models.
Must admit the lighting in TDR works a bit better with these textures.

First time I integrated skins into a TDR mod. And yes the black one is basically Darkside considering the driver is Mr. Ash.

Ported Grave Digger from MTM2 and Linerunner from GTA Vice City to uh TDR 2000 but it's for Mugzy's Rage-O-Rama mod, I swear.

helomyname keeps on remaking and porting cars from other #Carmageddon games to C2. He does it closer to the original cars specs too!

In Carmageddon 2, forcing something the game can't render on an object will make it look for the material of the closest object, possibly under the same parent node. This means creating such an effect on the main model makes it use nearby objects' materials.

Long overdue tweet about the CarmaTools Maxscript Pack for #Carmageddon 1 & 2, and importing/exporting #BRender models & scenes. This changed everything for Carma modding. Thanks for everything, Harmalarm!

The few additional levels and assets presented in the simple 3D views were found amongst Carmageddon 2 development files. Plaything2, the Carmageddon editor, also features tools to set Arena characters up.
