Some cool stats for my sleep apnea machine. I switched from a nose mask to a full face mask in November last year, and apart from two weeks of flu, I've been doing a lot better with it now!

Had an excellent night out yesterday at Country Roads in York. Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Johnny Cash sound a likes and an excellent band of musicians too. They even picked up a banjo for one song!

Over practiced with the banjo this morning, but I'm definitely seeing an improvement with some of the chord changes! That smooth F chord change is still illusive though.
