Some cool stats for my sleep apnea machine. I switched from a nose mask to a full face mask in November last year, and apart from two weeks of flu, I've been doing a lot better with it now!

Had an excellent night out yesterday at Country Roads in York. Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Johnny Cash sound a likes and an excellent band of musicians too. They even picked up a banjo for one song!

Been A Day. Mom had an emergency operation for a cyst on her hip. In and out with minimal bother. Gods bless the NHS. I was on transport duty as Dad was under the weather and fibro is gonna flare flare flare... Gonna have some codeine tonight! After all, I've not had any all year!

Over practiced with the banjo this morning, but I'm definitely seeing an improvement with some of the chord changes! That smooth F chord change is still illusive though.

The internet says I should be checking my car tyre pressure every two weeks. I just did it anyway and it's supposed to be 36 and I'm down one on one rear tyre and up one on the other. What's the allowance (so can I go down to 30/32/34) or should this be something I rectify immediately?
