Today is Endangered Species Day. An ideal day to pause and share a thoughtful poem -perhaps: The Pangolin or The Flight of The Last Bee or Plunder the Ocean or To the Hedgehog in my Garden or The Annual General Meeting of Wildlife Representatives (& dozens more)

Enclosed the veggie patch today to give us somewhere to contain the tortoise when we don't fancy having our toes bitten.
He escaped within 5 minutes by climbing the rhubarb. 🙄🐢

Love seeing what the kids get up to on the days we aren't out and about during hols. Look at this setup! I can't think of a narrative to tie it all together. They clearly have one. Play is bloody marvellous!

I loved this as a kid. Seeing it transports me straight back to early 90s. I can feel the way it slotted into its case and hear the buttons clicking. I wonder how many of these are hiding in boxes in people's attics. I'm pretty sure I have this to thank for a half decent level of mental maths!

Absolutely, completely and utterly fantastic!! Saw this on tour and I was 100% engaged within seconds. Quickest and most enthusiastic standing ovation I've known too. Go see it!!

We loved this today. 2 tired and grumpy 41 year olds with a 7 and a 3 year old. We all laughed a great deal and welled up lots too. Best family film in a long time.
