So…as much as I hate paparazzi, I love this photo/Reddit caption combo. Apple TV+ has done a pretty good job with translating books to TV series (small sample size since I can only think of Slow Horses & Bad Monkey but both of those were fantastic) & I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT MURDERBOT.

I’ve only read 5 of these, but I *loved* those so I guess I better get going on the others!
LOL, all that time & not even a pound’s worth of fat in calories burned. The majority of these workouts were strength/core/pilates, which doesn’t bring up my heart rate but is definitely good for me to do— and if I didn’t use this schedule feature, I would probably not do them at all.

Absolutely gutting funding for small community hospitals, safety (who on earth is against safer ratios for nursing homes!?!? & sure let’s decrease the LOS for surgical procedures EVEN MORE), students & the working class in favor of lowering the corporate tax rate & eliminating death taxes.
