It's been done so many times, I feel like in Severance when Helly asks "am I livestock?" Is a jab at that trope. I have high hopes for this series, so i hope it does better than this 😭

I'm gonna trust the process, but I'm a little worried

But then you step back and look and you're like "well obviously a man made that up bc in heaven everything should be equal and blissful, and if gender even exists there wouldn't be any sexism or oppression"

Men pretty much know exactly what they're going to get in Mormon heaven, and women kinda assume it's the same, but if it's truly based on the way heavenly father lives, we're not really sure of what we're getting.

But I for sure don't wanna spend eternity being a silent partner cranking out spirit babies. I'm a child free yapper.

And that's just kinda wild to me because we're told that this life is to prepare for eternity where we will become gods and goddesses, but we're only allowed to know half of the picture (because Joseph Smith didn't think that far when looking in to the hat I guess)

Mormons are told that we are not allowed at all to talk about or pray to Heavenly Mother. She exists, her role is to make spirit babies, but she's toooooo sacred for us to talk about.
