50lbs down. 20 more to go. Started on the conqueror challenged. Walking as best I can when I can for my health. 50lbs made a difference so far on my spine. I want to keep going to improve my chances when I finally decide to go through with my surgery.

Out of PT for a while. On a good regiment of pain blockers. And I'm more active than I have been in years. I'm not commenting on my first goal of 2, but the 2nd of getting back down to size 48 pants, I've crushed it and kept going. As for surgery, I'm putting it off indefinitely. Good days ahead.

I saw the results of my MRI, and I need surgery. I'm terrified. I've never had any real damage other than sprains and bruises, and now I need a real medical, cut me open, procedure, and I am terrified of everything that can go wrong. It is my spine. And anything done wrong could leave me paralyzed.

Wallet stolen. Every card was reported stolen and replacement cards are being issued. I need the cards to come in before I can pay for the Driver's License. Which I need to get a new SS number. Thought I had most of my bills mostly paid up and then get a text that my prescription refills are ready to be picked up. I'm grateful and happy for the people I work with and their kindness and generosity. For the help they give me and the support they give, emotionally, physically, and monetarily.
