It already has the most stunning pixel art and animation of any game ever made and doesn’t need much work!

Yes it’s a 100 hour perma-death RPG deeper than the ocean
Yes I die in the first half hour 99% of the time
Yes I’m loving it

I’ll gladly share more with you about it when I can! @mnmi.dev and a bunch of us are quite far along with… something 👀

It’s somehow deeper, has a stunning open world to explore, fantastic music and voice acting and is just as satisfying to play!

For a game made in the 90’s the voice acting, writing, works building and atmosphere still feel ambitious today.
A grim, bleak but hopeful action adventure set in the gripping world of Nosgoth, it was often called a “Zelda killer” and it’s not hard to see why!

If you wanna see the old one you can download the demo for Highlighters on Steam right now! It’s an awesome action-puzzle game inspired by the Gameboy Color!

Because @squarewavewitch.bsky.social liked the post, I want to talk about my favourite Kirby game!
I love so many Kirby games, they’re all so cute and fun and incredibly creative, but Kirby 64 holds a special place in my heart 🧡
Plus… you can combine abilities in this one!!

As a child this game terrified me, but I overcame the fear of the looming moon and discovered one of my all time favourite games.
Beneath that moon is a world and characters that felt alive, charming and unmatched in its sense of melancholic atmosphere.

I played through the entire Pixel Remaster collection in one week, and every single game in it was fantastic (I even like FFII’s unusual levelling mechanic!) but FFVI took the series to a narrative height I didn’t think was possible.
A theatrical masterpiece in every way 🧡

I’m lucky enough to be a pixel artist for this project! #SML2RDX
The stage is now fittingly spooky since it’s near the Pumpkin Zone!🌛

It’s really good! There’s a slightly excessive amount of dialogue but other than that it’s great!
I love the music, the animation, the art style, the battle system and the concept of sailing across the ocean on an island ship!

I know it’s just numbers but it truly means a lot, and I’m incredibly thankful to be a huge step closer to closing the bad app account for good 🧡

Probably THE game that defined my teenage years, it was also the first game I played online that wasn’t at a friend’s house.
The hype in 2007 for this game was legendary, and it lived up to it in every way.
So many great, happy memories playing this with friends using splitscreen!

A tense and unsettling card game that integrates elements of an escape room to create one of the most riveting and fascinating games I’ve ever played.
I can’t spoil how deep this game goes but if you like horror and games like Slay the Spire, you absolutely have to play this!

One word: Garrus.
Jokes aside it’s my favourite RPG from the Xbox 360 era and part of a trilogy of unbelievably deep games set in one of the most well explored and indulging galaxies in all of gaming. It’s genuinely a trilogy worth fully committing to.
Mostly because of Garrus.

I’ve never played a game with so many, lengthy cutscenes. And it’s one of the reasons it’s so good!
The world, the amazing cast, the immense music, the story and emotional gut punches this game delivers are all huge achievements.
A perfect end to a colossal story arc.
