Single most important skill you can teach your children (or any kid!) How to cook. It is a necessary skill for the rest of their lives. My mom let me in the kitchen and I put up with the mess for my daughters to help out. They are both excellent cooks now! Please make that a priority!

A tip from my psychologist today. Set a specific time to worry each day. Set a timer too. When it goes off, wash your hands of worry and get on with your day. If worry creeps in, push it away and say not now! And resist it. Hope that helps some of you
