Ravens seem to be doing well at Berry Head this year. 5 young look well and very vocal.

For historic reasons on this platform. Woodlark nest and eggs in winter sown crop 12/03 Southern England. Unique in this country. It’s now unsuitable to be monitored. Incredible sp. to study. The interaction and behaviour of the nesting birds an absolute privilege to witness. #ukbirding

Best birds were 4 Sooty Shearwaters 1st bird through at 0930 then 3 more in close succession from 1020 (expertly picked out by the newly arrived Ali King - a new bird for him!). Also 2 GND pretty quiet though between these spells #UKbirding

Love a walk around a graveyard. Collaton St Mary church highlights were 4 fighting Firecrest, 5 Goldcrest, 2 Mistle Thrush, 2 Grey Wagtail, 2 Pied Wagtail, 1 Buzzard and a Sparrowhawk
