My granny had shelter dogs most of her life: boys were always Mickey and girls were always Suzy. So, when we found this little sweetheart girl and decided to bring her home, calling her Suzy was a no-brainer for me.

I guess puppies can be stressful. After a few weeks my brother went to live with another family, and I stayed here. I was kinda lonely at first, but these are good guys and I learned quickly to focus on what they were telling me. They look after me. The younger one hugs me every day!

A little over a year ago my bro and I came home for the first time. I became Suzy, and he, Mickey. We were full of hope, and full of beans.
We tired quickly. This is us in the car (our first ever car ride), fast asleep. We missed our mom and dad, but golly - what an adventure!
