I found someone on Twitter who claimed they "learnt Japanese on Duolingo". They were defending Duolingo from claims that it's bad for language learning.

I'm on day 2 of trying the idea I mentioned here. It's too early for me to know exactly how effective it is, but it is causing the act of studying to be more fun for now and I'm spending more time doing it.

The thing on Twitter with the artist refusing to draw a queer couple is strange. There are people who seem to believe it's not homophobic. I agree artists shouldn't have to draw what they don't want to, but the reason stated here is "personal religious belief". How could that not be homophobia?
