Calling the therapist office tomorrow to get on the waiting list to see about a CPTSD diagnosis and asking about an autism diagnosis. I am so terrified. I have such a bad fear response to therapy but ima do it…and by that I mean my husband is gonna call and I’ll speak up when my voice lets me 😅

I can’t wait til I’ve gone through my glow up cause then I’m hoping to be more confident to show off my tummy. I’ve always been so self conscious about it, even when I was super skinny I hated my stomach.
