Here’s my highly requested breakdown on how kink actually makes sense for those of us who are neurospicy!🔥

(This is only scratching the surface, I got more up my sleeve)
#kinkjustmakessense
It's American Education Week.

Did you know that research shows 32% of students with ADHD drop out of high school compared to 15% without ADHD, and only 15% of us get four-year degrees compared to 48% of neurotypical peers?

Y'all, if you've been in the TTRPG industry for any amount of time, you know that @kp11studios has consistently been a meaningful and important creative in the space who is consistently kind, empathetic and deeply compassionate. It's nearly the holidays, let's show up for our community, yeah?
So....after much deliberation and encouragement from loved ones, I've put together a GoFundMe after facing several financial burdens and medical debts...

Any help or sharing would really go a long way...

Thank you so much.

It's almost the holidays, which means that the uninformed family comments are coming.

With ADHD, RSD can convince you that Uncle Mark's 'helpful' comments about "Have you tried keto?" can get translated into "I've been watching you eat and you disgust me."
November 18, 2025 at 2:14 PM
YES, I am going to PAXU this weekend, and this panel is one of the places you'll be able to find me, with some very, very cool people.

Hope to see you there!
November 17, 2025 at 11:50 PM
Just a reminder that if you have ADHD, your RSD can turn "You've gained weight" into "You're unlovable and everyone's been talking about it."

But here's the thing: people who comment on your body at holidays are telling you who THEY are.
November 17, 2025 at 10:19 PM
Research shows us that people with ADHD have significantly higher rates of bulimia (binging/purging).

The holidays can trigger unhealthy eating habits hard. Many people will restrict all day "to save calories" for the big holiday meal.🧵
November 16, 2025 at 10:22 PM
You've downloaded every productivity app, bought every planner, and you STILL show up late to everything that matters.

Plot twist: ADHD doesn't care about your color-coding system. 🤩 🧵
November 16, 2025 at 4:08 PM
The worst part of the holidays is how judgmental family members will disguise judgment as *concern*. "Are you sure you want seconds? I'm just worried about you."

If you have ADHD, this can emotionally dysregulate and trigger your RSD HARD because it feels like love withdrawal. 🧵
November 15, 2025 at 4:32 PM
Sometimes I just randomly scroll and block people who give me the ick and it's been one of the best things I've ever done for my mental health
November 14, 2025 at 10:04 PM
What's the shittiest thing a 'well meaning' family member has ever said to you about your holiday plate?

I remember mine, and it took me a LONG time to realize it was my RSD showing up.

I'd replay every comment and glance:
"Did they think I'm gross? Do they think I have no self-control?" 🧵
November 14, 2025 at 2:54 PM
We're moving into Holiday Time and I can already hear the comments:

"You're eating so healthy!" is just as invasive as "Should you really be eating that?"

Both are commentary on YOUR body. 🧵

As of this morning, Starbucks workers across the country are officially ON STRIKE. And we're prepared for this to become the biggest and longest ULP strike in Starbucks history.

Say #NoContractNoCoffee with us: DON'T BUY STARBUCKS for the duration of our open-ended ULP strike! $SBUX

The holiday season is rough for ADHD: Sensory overload, disrupted routines, social demands, food pressure - it's a fucking executive function MARATHON.

It's even harder because so much of our culture is built around food. 🧵

Rejection sensitive dysphoria means you're reading "threat" in every neutral text and "you hate me" in every delayed response.

If you're EXHAUSTING yourself with emotional reactions, we need to talk. 🧵

The holidays are upon us, and for about 25% of people with ADHD who struggle with binge eating, this time of year can be ROUGH. The "helpful" comments from family can fuck heavily with RSD. "That's a lot of food!" or uno reverse card "You barely ate!" 🧵 ⬇️

A new report last week stated that the average age for a first time home owner is now 40. Life expectancy in the US in 2023 was 78.39 years.

A 50 year mortgage means no average person would own their homes ever. It turns homes into direct rentals from the bank even more than they already are.
The US Trump Administration is reportedly working on 15 year car loans.

US President Donald Trump also posted yesterday regarding allowing 50 year mortgages.
