Hi Dave, just tested this on 4.4.4 and it seems the default data isn't populated in user_info_data until the users' profile is saved again. Not sure why you are seeing one show and the other not, I saw neither showing.

The kind of support issue I'm talking about is when a site admin reports something like I had last week when they couldn't copy courses without a JSON error appearing. Used the above method to login as them and found it worked. It turned out to be AV on their device interfering with their browser.

True, it isn't exactly the same but has the same effect once the admin assignment is restored.

Also as described, it is already possible, just a few more steps

The tracker shows the logs will still say 'UserX logged in as UserY' so you will still have an audit trail of who did what as who 👍🏻
