There’s never a wrong occasion to listen to Maiden. They are, for better or for worse, timeless.

Had my first play this week (3p) & *really* liked it but, as you say, I feel I’ll need many more plays to really get the most out of it. Not a bad thing - I wonder how many games I’ve bought, played twice & gone “yep, very good, I get the idea” and moved on. Depth here is a feature not a bug.

I never really got on with 2061 (and even less so with 3001). I found out lots of lovely facts about Europa, sure, but I seem to remember that its links with the previous two stories were too tenuous. Maybe I should try again.

2010 is all timer though: that goes for the film too.
