Cool‼️ I use Espoma organic fertilizer which has all sorts of mycorrhizae and beneficial bacteria and also bloodmeal for N and iron. Priced reasonably but still adds up to $.

$0/kg?! Fertilizer, soil tests etc.?! One time I calculated overhead for my outdoor grow and it was about $1/ounce. Excluding labor. (overhead for a indoor grow was $75/ounce).

I've never had a dog that got sprayed twice. A few times on warm evenings I've been inside and hear a couple subdued barks and then hear the skunk shuffle away.

Some greyhounds get pretty excited from hearing a train. I think the wheels on the tracks sounds like the mechanical rabbit on the racetrack.

I've had dogs that got into it with skunks since I was very young child.
About 10 years ago Devon ran in, jumped on my bed and went back out the dog door about 2am freshly sprayed. Skunk cornered under the apple tree.
The smell doesn't bother me. In a car it probably would.

They don't tolerate eagles or hawks or ravens intruding their domain.
Turkeys and geese don't bother them but sometimes charge and peck at them but they peck right back.

I bought some new blankets. I got a bunch of European surplus wool blankets at the army navy store in the 90s & between me and the greyhounds they took a beating but still holding out OK.
But it was time for new ones.
