Europe falls asleep at the wheel again. They've known they've had to pull together and fill the gap when the latest blackmail/withdrawal of US support threat came along and they failed to do so !!! They're starting to look like a bunch of appeasers supporting a pro-Russian US regime.

They really should by rights be irrelevant for a gneration but, if they keep hammering out their 'trust us with the ecomomy' fantasy; then maybe they hope that 'short memory syndrome' will come to their rescue by the time the next General Election comes along.
