Unfortunately not. It was part of a small study on potential impacts of a renewables site on crustaceans/catch rates. The local fisher we used retained all shark/conger bycatch for bait. I have the data if it could be useful. I know the practice also happens in south Devon/Dorset.

Thanks for posting, hadn't seen this study. We saw similar retention of bycatch for bait (catsharks and conger) in a crab/lobster fishery in north Cornwall a few years back. I always wondered if it was scaled up what the effect might be on local or regional populations.
