1v1 fast break chance, no one would be *mad* at McCain if he attacked Wagner here. But he wants to pass up a good shot for a great one. Not a fan of passing in the air but after getting the ball to PG, the relocation lets me know he had his own shot in mind the entire time. Splash.

Something McCain has always liked to do is a leaning fadeaway once he gets two feet in the paint. A shot so effective that even the formidable Jonathan Isaac reacts to McCain’s head fake. That slight hesitation is all he needed to get the up-and-under basket.

When Paul George is on the court, he’s going to get a fair share of eyes on him. With three Magic looking to PG and Franz Wagner respecting the cutting Martin, McCain is left wide open and all he has to do is what he does best. Expect plenty more of these looks, especially when Tyrese Maxey returns.

When Paul George is on the court, he’s going to get a fair share of eyes on him. With three Magic looking to PG and Franz Wagner respecting the cutting Martin, McCain is left wide open and all he has to do is what he does best. Expect plenty more of these looks, especially when Tyrese Maxey returns.
McCain’s shooting is being heavily respect by Suggs (as it should be). With Suggs preparing to go over the Embiid screen, McCain takes advantage of the step he now has away from the screen for a driving two.

While Jalen Hurts may have missed some throws yesterday or taken some bad sacks, there was one plus to take away.
Easily his best game accessing the middle of the field. Another step for him is to make the defense respect his across the middle accuracy to reopen his deep sideline shots. #Eagles
