Spiced Pomegranate Margarita
2 Ounces Tequila Blanco
1 Ounce Lime Juice
3/4 Ounce Pomegranate Juice
1/2 Ounce Chile Spiced Honey Syrup
Pour into an ice filled glass
Garnish with orange, rosemary sprig and star-anise

Pink Lady
45ml London Dry Gin
22ml Lemon Juice
7ml Grenadine Syrup
15ml Applejack
1 small egg white
Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice until cold.
