We saw Obama speak in Indiana during the 2008 campaign. We were 5 rows away from the podium. Someone standing next to us passed out. Obama was aware tossed a bottle (my wife caught and gave to the person who passed out, I promise) and then he got the EMTs over. Empathy isn't hard.
