Pedalling 2 Pubs training update. The bike is broke (sounds like a handful of gravel in the bottom bracket) so 60 boring miles on the static bike in the gym instead. On the plus side, recovery hydration was earned. Please help me support two hospitality charities: www.justgiving.com/page/tom-sta...
