@drkevinrmcclure.com echoes the same idea of achieving better accessibility implementation - one step at a time. The Plus One mentality - doing one more thing to move in the right direction AND the idea that it requires everyone moving in the same direction.

@drkevinrmcclure.com also encourages us to think organizationally by asking "why we do things" and to look beyond the silos to encourage collaboration over competition. Kevin also encourages an "ongoing inquiry" where we start from a position of curiosity, not assuming we know what others need.

@drkevinrmcclure.com says care is NOT just being nice all the time, but fundamentally about action and how folks show up. Care is not an absence of standards and accountability. Care is not something you just say. It is also not something that can be purchased through products.

What I think was missing from this presentation was a discussion of the power dynamics at play with co-creation. Both the students power perceptions and the need for the leaders (either instructor or staff) to give up power in these situations.
