Almost every GOP member of the Senate and House are in solid red areas where it would be very difficult to dislodge them. Since they are so beholden to their far right constituents who think trump is their Jesus then they have to toe the line. Polarization has created a terrible situation for the US

Rep. Ro Khanna, Indian American, called out JD and asked will you make this punk to apologize before you rehire him, for the sake of both our children? Very reasonable statement but Vance replied with insults and said Khanna made him sick. So he doesn't mind the anti Indian sentiment. SMH.
How does Usha live with herself? She's an intelligent woman. How can she buy into this bullshit? How can she as a woc sleep happy and content knowing by being with him she's endorsing his racism and selling her own people out?

Speaking of the Simpsons, this latest lunatic move by trump of naming himself director of the Kennedy Center for the performing arts reminds me of the episode where Mr Burns was so intent on world domination that he took control of the sun! As I recall that lead to citizens finally rising up.

This is definitely a concern. We can't trust any federal agencies to report correct facts now. It will all be propaganda.
