Well, it's really good, and I love the format, the guests, the banter, and the in-depth discussions, occasionally going off topic, but in a very rewarding way.

Oh, I was wondering if it's a coincidence that it resembles the Polish equivalent of the name Hedwig, but in its diminutive form... Because Curzon Dax seems to be a reference to Lord Curzon who proposed a demarcation line between Poland and USSR during the Polish-Soviet War of 1920.

I suspect the conservative governments in some EU countries, who have a history of ignoring such rullings, will not follow

It's basically what Ronald D. Moore wanted Star Trek Voyager to be, but they didn't take his pitch, so he made his own version as the reimagined BSG :)

It's turn-based in the sense that you plan your movements and then they resolve simultaneously with the enemy.
Plus there's no base building, you construct the ships in between battles.

The world of Jack Packard.
It's a gift that keeps on giving.
Personally, I love their PC building stream, which was like four+ hours long and ended with that:

Seems like shows that are not afraid to get "political" (as in explore things that govern our lives) can bring something more to an IP (Andor) than escapism and spectacle.
It's almost as if fantasy and SF were great vehicles for metaphors and allegory...

Fortunately only reasonable amounts of money and resources have been spent on this technology...
Has there ever been something so expensive and yet so disappointing?
The sad thing is that teenagers in TN county ask ChatGPT what they should wear to school.
Cognitive offloading at its prime.

Fortunately, the US and other major players in the world are keeping the tech giants in check.

All these genAI "tools" are made to replace processes that have been developed over many years and THEY WORK FOR A REASON.
They bring nothing new or interesting to the table.
I swear Tech Bros can never be creative so they have to build simulacra to make up for their lack of talent.
