How many years is a long time for something to be in drafts?

I understand that the mecha, being fictional, is ultimately about the aesthetic and feel of the designs.

But my inner weird little guy looks at all the chirality of the parts and small spiky fiddly bits and think it must be a production and maintenance nightmare.

Anti-climbing games are basically this but the entire game is built around it.

If games are too safe for the player they start to feel patronizing.

Sometimes players just want to jump off a cliff.*

So its not quite as simple as intrinsic/extrinsic motivation.

Dark patterns are as specific and intentional of an implementation as any of the better uses of this technique.

My real question is how bird-like are dragons? My family has a storied history of conflicts with birds.

I'm a 'dinosaurs had feathers' kind of person.

So... do dragons have feathers?

I'm going to get an 18" Gabe Cube

But I'm not sure how I'm going to fit a Stonehenge sized box in my apartment.

Why didn't we see any of these problems when the half penny was gotten rid of in 1857?

And like if fractional exchange is so important, can't states just issue sales tax tokens for smaller amounts like they did in the 1930s?

Cash is still going to exist, so how does this really change anything?

Maybe its just one long net for multiple courts?

This implies the existence of an AI indie scene. Which is essentially just Horse_ebooks (which further implies table top AI is just bibliomancy).

Well technically that speculation bubble crashed and all that money left to go to AI.

I don't need to know things that fast.

(Although, turnout is low this year which I find very disappointing. We should be needlessly enthusiastic and slightly annoying about voting in every election.)

Isn't there a British tradition of telling horror stories on Christmas?
November 3, 2025 at 10:19 PM
To be fair, if you used Greek instead of Latin you would've been the Gyro in this story.

It reminds me of when I first saw the playtest material for d&d 5e. It isn't overwhelming and addresses some concerns players had. It also makes enough tweaks and changes that makes me excited to want to see this game at play.

I will need to play it and report back.
